C12100 Copper Pipe is tubing made from Silver-Bearing Phosphorus Deoxidized Copper (Cu ≥99.90% + Ag, P). It is immune to hydrogen embrittlement due to the phosphorus content. The addition of silver significantly increases its softening temperature (creep resistance), allowing the pipe to maintain strength and shape under continuous elevated temperatures, while retaining high conductivity (≈98% IACS). C12100 pipe is primarily used in high-performance heat exchangers, solar energy systems, and high-temperature refrigeration and HVAC tubing where maintaining structural integrity and efficiency under heat stress is crucial.
