Alloy Coil
Incoloy 925 Coil
Incoloy 925 Coil is a thin-gauge age-hardenable nickel-iron-chromium superalloy supplied as a rolled strip or foil. The alloy contains molybdenum, copper, titanium, and aluminum, which allows for a subsequent thermal treatment to achieve exceptionally high strength and yield stress while maintaining excellent corrosion resistance. It offers superior resistance to general corrosion, pitting, and chloride stress-corrosion cracking (SCC), particularly in sour gas (H₂S) environments. Incoloy 925 coil is used for high-strength, flexible components like springs, seals, diaphragms, and specialized fasteners in the oil and gas industry and marine applications where maximum durability and strength are critical.
