Alloy Coil
Incoloy 800 Coil
Incoloy 800 Coil is a thin-gauge, rolled form of a nickel-iron-chromium superalloy known for its good moderate strength and excellent stability in high-temperature service up to approximately 1500℉(816℃). The alloy's composition provides strong resistance to oxidation, carburization, and sulfidation at elevated temperatures, and its nickel content helps resist chloride ion stress-corrosion cracking in aqueous environments. Incoloy 800 coil is used for applications requiring flexible material that endures high heat and corrosive stress, such as heating element sheathing, furnace components, heat exchanger parts, and process piping systems in the chemical and petrochemical industries.
