Alloy Coil
Hastelloy X Coil
Hastelloy X Coil is a thin-gauge, rolled form of the nickel-chromium-iron-molybdenum superalloy prized for its exceptional high-temperature strength and oxidation resistance up to 2200℉(1204℃). It is known for its excellent resistance to stress-corrosion cracking and good fabricability, allowing it to be formed into flexible components. Hastelloy X coil is critically used for components in gas turbine engines (combustion liners, transition ducts), industrial furnaces (muffles, radiant tubes), and chemical processing equipment where the material must withstand prolonged exposure to extreme heat and severely oxidizing or carburizing atmospheres.
